During any project, we work on two principles. First, we help you set up and manage your project using a variety of agile methodologies. Second, when it’s required, we teach your staff how to manage agile projects. This knowledge and experience will allow them to begin to transition, should you choose, their own project methodologies.

We can bring a wide variety of experience to the table. We often find teams who attempt strict Scrum, or strict Kanban. And while we can do each of those, we have the skills needed to blend agile frameworks to specifically fit your organization. Should we need to, we can even link in waterfall processes that are just not ready for conversion.
